🌀A flexible, well-nourished spine keeps the nervous system resilient, supports healthy circulation, and maintains mobility in the whole body.

✨When the spine moves with ease, energy flows freely, posture improves, and even the organs function better.

⚡️That’s why keeping the spine supple is considered one of the keys to staying youthful in both body and mind.

If you ever participated to my classes, you know that I often use spinal movements to open a class, not because of how they look, but because of how they feel from the inside. I always say there is ‘no right or wrong’ as long as it feels good. The wave just wants to stay fluid, alive and joyful.

Missing my clean and fresh gym, so finding a workaround with what I got while travelling.. even though to build muscle you *need weights and there’s no other way, I find that elastic bands and bodyweight HIIT still challenges my muscles, maintains strength, and keep progress on track — because it’s not about the place, it’s about the effort. happy Sunday 💪🏼

I’ve been practicing yoga since my teens, but it wasn’t until years later that I discovered it’s so much more than just shapes and movement.

Yoga became a way to come home to myself, a quiet return to stillness, to listening, to being present. It’s now my anchor, my safe space I carry with me, whether I’m in my room, by the sea, or anywhere in the world.
